ZuTogether with the wonderful Daniel Frey, I had the opportunity to build the official Swiss branch of the American project. As Creative Director, I was responsible for the production of the videos.
For a short period, I also served as president of the newly founded association. From mid-2019 onwards, Pink Cross took over the administrative work of the project in the form of a working group. The project eventually came to an end in 2020.
It Gets Better is an Internet-based nonprofit with a mission to uplift, empower, and connect lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) youth around the globe. It was founded in the United States by gay activist, author, media pundit, and journalist Dan Savage on September 1, 2010, in response to the suicides of teenagers who were bullied because they were gay or because their peers suspected that they were gay.
